Helical Piers

For residential and commercial buildings alike, our unique helical pier system achieves a more accurate depth than pile driven piers. One of the distinguishing factors that set us apart from the competition is the quality of materials we use. As opposed to conventional factory steel, we use high quality select solid milled-steel with a 12’’ or 10’’ helical disc all of which has been double dipped in hot galvanized steel coating to ensure resistance to corrosion and superior strength.

French Drains
A French drain is a method of eliminating wet and soggy areas in your landscape by draining and redirecting the water away using perforated pipe buried in gravel. To achieve desired results, we install a 4’’ perforated sewer and drain line that is covered by a Cardiff sock that prevents silt and debris from entering the perforated line. Rather than use soil to cover the pipe, we use 1.5’’ gravel placed in a 6’’-12’’ trench to help channel water into the pipe. The pipeline will have 1’’ fall in depth for every 10’ as this allows for proper water flow. In addition, we connect down spouts to the French drain system, which also allows for the water to flow from the gutter through the drain and away from the structure.

Wood Floors
Sagging wood floors can cause cracks in your walls or ceiling. Likewise, rotting or dropping floor joists may cause your floors to be soft or creaky when you walk on them. Some problems will be obvious to the owner, while others may not be as easily detected, but whatever the situation we can diagnose and repair the issue. In order to reach proper stability and levelness we use high quality pressure treated lumber, which has an extended life and protection against termites. For each set-up under the structure, the lumber rest on 4×8×16 cap blocks, which serve as a strong and steady base, which we also use to lift upon. For added protection and safety to your structure, we use a synchronized lifting system to prevent any one set-up from lifting too much or little that could further damage the floor.
